Chassis Number:  GAJ31

Registration Number: TO6226 UK.  Also French Registered EEC Taxes Paid.

The Twenty was purchased by its previous but one owner in 1987 and underwent extensive refurbishment at marque specialists Sargeant's of Goudhurst in approximately 1988/89, a considerable sum being spent on bringing the car to excellent condition suitable for long-distance touring and rallying.

'TO6226' has twice visited New Zealand (in the 1990s and 2006), touring the islands on events organised by that country's Vintage Car Club, while other prestigious events entered include the Monte Carlo Challenge (1995), Ghost Club Scandinavian Tour (1998) and the Grosse Alpensart/Steigenberger Cup in Austria (1989).

Finished in maroon/black with a very original black leather interior, the car is  in generally excellent condition and is having a full service as soon as it arrives back with us.

We sold this car some 16 years ago to the current French owner whom is now relinquishing it due to the onset of old age.  The Howes of Norwich coachwork is of particularly pleasing proportions & I have fond memories for delivering the car personaly & being taken in it to a sumptuous lunch in Aix Les Bains by the then new owner.

We will be conducint a full Photo shoot when the car arrives in a couple of weeks.
