1925 Rolls Royce Phantom 1 Torpedo by Jarvis

Chassis number:  58RC

Registration Number:  SV9902

This Rolls Royce Phantom 1 started life as a Park Ward enclosed drive Landaulette.  It was rebodied as a torpedo tourer by Jarvis as part of a 20 year ongoing restoration that was completed about 2 decades ago.  Masses of bills come with the car detailing the extensive works done to it including a full mechanical rebuild.

The car resided for many years in Newcastle where interestingly it got shot up during the war by some trigger happy German aviators.  As a result there is still a bullet hole & assorted shrapnel indentations visible upon the chassis front dumb irons.

The car is finihsed in a very bright & eye catching light blue over black. To the interior is good dark blue leather.  The dash contains the usual quota of Rolls Royce instruments & nicely made wooden tool boxes are affixed to the running boards.  A slot in screen locates into two holes on the flip up rear cowl affording protection to the rear passengers.

This is a car that has been thoroughly gone though mechanically & as a result both runs and drives beautifully.  It comes with tonneau covers & is well suited to touring.  A mass of paperwork comes with the car attesting to the extensive rebuild & rebody perfomed upon the car.

The car is very competitively priced & we do not expect to have it long.
