Supplied new to a US serviceman in Ohio in 1953. This is a fully matching numbers car as attested to by its Jaguar heritage certificate.
The car is finished in its original colour of pastel blue metallic along with dark blue leather to the interior. Recipient of a full nut & bolt restoration a few years ago this car is in needless to say simply immaculate condition. Since restoration it has never seen rain so is utterly corrosion free & is as good underneath as it is on top. The car is showing an odometer reading of 41,000 miles.
The car is Left Hand Drive & registered on Spanich historic car plates meaning no Europen taxes are due should it remain anywhere in Europe. Having been fully restored both bodily & mechanically the car goes as well as it looks. The twin cam engine is powerful yet tractable & runs beautifully starting on the first turn of the key. The car comes with a brand new unused Hood & tonneau cover as it is used on dry sunny days only for local tours & classic car events.
Viewings are by appointoment just inland from Gijon on the northern Spanish coast with Oviedo being the nearest airport. Please note the price is in Euros & the car needs to be paid for in euros or the euro equivalent.
