Delivered New to a lady on 24th December 1971; we can only assume it was her christmas present. Since the the car has covered 67,000 miles at the time of writing. The car in the last few years has been the property of a Jaguar Drives Club concours Judge which in itself says a lot about the car. It is Ian simply impeccable running condition & drives exactly as a V12 E type ought.
Under the bonnet the car is very original with all the factory stickers in place etc. The exterior white paint is also in super order with no evident corrosion. To the interior is original black leather again in decent condition. The hood had a couple of tears & street marks so we are replacing it with a brand new mohair item. The car sits on four knock off wire wheels shod with 4 excellent tires. The boot area is also original & tidy with its factory fitted beige liner.
All in all this is a low miles very original car in super driving order, the only deviation from factory being the fitting of a wood Mota-Lita steering wheel that falls well to hand & has a tactile feel to it. Everything works no the car & it comes to us freshly serviced & easy for immediate use. The car comes with a Jaguar heritage certificate showing it to be matching numbers, a right hand drive manual & in its original colors of white over black.
