1925 Bullnose Morris Tourer

Chassis Number: 71810

Registration number: KL4158

Coming to us as one of a pair from the estate of a small Museum/collection of impeccably prepared & restored cars.  This Bull nose has had massive money lavished upon it far in excess of the asking price of the vehicle.  The car was first supplied by The County Garage in Maidstone.

The car has had a ful body off restoration to like new condition.  Every component in the chassis has been stripped, rebuilt & repainted to an amazingly high standard.  Even the differential has been blasted, filled & painted to a standrd far higher then they ever left the factory in.

The car is finished in dark red over masons black wings.  To the interior is new burgundy hide again done to a wonderful standard along with deep red carpets of a quality more befitting a Rolls Royce then a Morris.  The story continues under the bonnet with the freshly rebuilt engine being in show condition.  The leaf prings are leather gaiter covered.  A single spare is mounted to the drivers side running board.

The car sits on cast artillery wheels shod with new Blockley tyres.  The beige hood is brand new mohair & the car cones with a full set of unused side screens for foul weather motoring.  An Auster screen is fitted to the rear for the benefit of the back seat passengers.  Indicated milege is 88 miles since restoration.

The car comes with Klaxon horn & bulb type horn, Original instrumentation & ash tray (vase), Pyrex period brass fire extinguisher, Boyce Calormeter, Spare Esso Fuel can, Wooden running board boxes, Luggage rack, tilt open windscreen etc etc etc.

Not the cheapest one I have ever seen but without doubt the best. As a whole the car has been restored (Over restored some might say) to a standard more befitting of a Rolls Royce then a Morris.  It is always a pleasure to handle a car for which no excuses whatsoever need be made.
