1971 Rolls Royce Corniche Convertible
Chassis number: DRH17105
Registration number: XGF317M
First owned by the famous, (or infamous) Mr Adnan Kashoggi & used mostly for trips between London & the south of France & Marbella by him & his wife Soraya. This car is an absolute time warp in utterly untouched condition. The car still wears its original Masons Black paint with the panels & sdes of the car being as straight as an arrow. To the interior is black hide thoughout with black carpets.
This Corniche has covered 59,000 miles & comes to us with two massive binders of history showing a no expense spared attitude to its servicing. It is to be sold with a fresh service just completed. After Kashoggis ownership the car was also owned by Moting scribe Mr Quentin Wilson who waxed lyrical about its attributes. The current owner has kept the car in climate controlled storage & has used it sparingly, being one of 30 or so vehicles in the collection all of which are notable cars.
Very hard to find in Black on balck & even more so to find one of the first produced in such impeccable unmolested condition with a service history to match. The car was registered 1 January 1971 so is a very very early example odrered new through H.A. Fox of St James, whoms suppliers sill plate is still in situ. You have to see & drive this car to appreciate how good it is.
