1962 Rolls-Royce Silver Cloud II Mulliner Convertible

Chassis number: LSZD493

Registration number: 665UYT

This is an original H.J. Mulliner car produced at Mulliners Bedford Park Coachworks in Chiswick as a Left Hand Drive example. The car had only covered 40,000 miles, it was stored in a USA museum for 30 years prior to being purchased from gooding and CO 2012 out of a private museum. The car was then shipped to Byrrnes Motor Trust for full restoration whilst also being used as a template for a production run of 12 non original cars.

Every nut & bolt has been off the car leaving it in flawless as new condition throughout. The paintwork is in gleaming silver sand; a colour particularly well suited to Silver Clouds. The car goes directly to Trim for a full hide interior & mohair roof. The car underwent a body of nut and bolt restoration with final trim being completed in the UK.

The seller being the second owner.

The car looks smells & feels like a brand new Rolls Royce being delivered 60 years late.
