Jaguar E type series 2 4.2 Litre LHD OTS

Year: 1969
Chassis no: P1R10518
Registration: PFJ301G
Price: £85,000

1969 Jaguar E type series 2 4.2 Litre LHD OTS

Chassis number:  P1R10518

Registration Number:  PFJ301G

Purchased by the current owner in 2016 from America.  This car has had a lot of money spent upon it to bring it up to the standard we find it in today.

The car has the original black leather interior in excellent lightly patinated condition. A replacement mohair roof has been fitted. The car has had a major mechanical overhaul during the current 6 year ownership including extensive mechanical work in 2021 at a classical Jaguar specialist, including, engine, running gear and braking system, plus electronic ignition and electrical system (extensive invoices to show).

It was returned to its original colour in 2022 by specialist classic car restorers.  The car now presents beautifully & also drives extremely well with a very very crisp engine note & ample performance.

I would describe this car as a very very tidy useable classic rather then a show queen.  Underneath the car is in excellent condition with no corrosion issues.  Do take a look at the underside pictures as they tell the story.  The car sits on four new chrome wire wheels shod with new tyres all round.  Indicated mileage is 43,298 miles.
